If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it. The product must be unused and in the same quality as when you received it.
How do I return my product?
If you want to return a product, you need to fill out the contact formula. Next, you should send it back to us with the receipt or a copy of it. You should send it to:

Mark the package with ”RETURN”
We recommend that you send your package back to us with a tracking link. In this way all stakeholders can follow the package at all times and when it is received. As long as the package is not delivered to Men’s Lounge, we can’t refund the money.
How do I get a refund?
When we receive your product and accept the return, we will transfer back the amount to the account the product was bought with. Unfortunately, we can’t refund to another account.
Remember to save the receipt for sending, so you can document the package is sent. You pay the freight costs yourself when returning.
If you placed your order between November 1st and December 24th, you can exchange or return your product until February 1st. If you want to make use of the return policy, we must have received your package before February 1st.
